About Us

Established in 2002, Brilliant Light International Company Limited (耀光國際有限公司) former name Elixir International Limited (御想國際有限公司) was a subsidiary company and technology arm of Melco International Development Limited (新濠國際發展有限公司, HKSE: 200 HK) based in Macau.
Under management buyout on 2010, Elixir International Limited was transformed to an independent technology company, Brilliant Light International Company Limited (“BLI”), embarking on a next phase of business development.
During recent years, leveraging the previous extensive network in Macau tourism and gambling industries which secure several agreements in the provision of Extra-low Voltage (ELV) systems, Information & Communication Technology (ICT) services and solutions for casino operators in Macau.
BLI has established itself as a one-stop shop Innovation and Technology (I&T) company offering a full range of ELV and ICT services to the market.

Vision Statement

In view of the Outline Development Plan for Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area (GBA) has been formulated, the GBA plays an important role in the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI).

Brilliant Light International (www.bri-lightint.com) aims to become one of the best innovation and technology company to support GBA, especially Hong Kong, Macau, Zhuhai Hengqin, the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), especially the countries of the BRI.
